Il sale usato per questa ricetta proviene dalla Riserva Camillona a CERVIA, paese di mare sulla riviera romagnola , in cui ci sono spendide saline da cui si ricava questo tipo di sale molto delicato.
INGREDIENTI:
- Gamberoni freschi
- Trito di erbe aromatiche ( salvia prezzemolo e rosmarino )
- Pepe rosa in grani
- Olio extra vergine di oliva
- Sale grosso di Cervia 1 cucchiaio
PREPARAZIONE:
Lavare sotto l'acqua corrente i gamberoni , apriteli tagliandoli per il lungo, togliere il filo nero di sabbia.
Riscaldare una griglia antiaderente e fare cuocere i gamberoni per 10 minuti rigirandoli un paio di volte
Nel frattempo mettete in una ciotolina piccola 4 cucchiai di olio extra vergine con il trito di erbe aromatiche e il sale grosso di Cervia , aggiungete il pepe rosa in grani e mescolate.
Togliete i gamberoni impiattate e versate sopra qualche cucchiaino di salsina d'olio .
I gamberoni risulteranno saporiti e potete aggiungere anche un pizzico di peperoncino .
